Aspire Updates

This just in from New Era Elementary:

New Era Girls are on the Run.  On Tuesdays and Thursday after learning about healthy habits, they put on their running shoes, hit the track and run, setting new personal goals as they strengthen.  Boys are learning new skills in Sports Camp lead by Mr. Carlos  and Mr. Chris.  Legos and new games to entertain through the summer are enrichment activities all are enjoying.  Fancy Flying  has the guys flying paper planes where they proved you can make a paper plane so big that it will not fly!  They have learned what holds the big planes in the sky, they are throwing improbable gliders, and Frisbees and on the next perfect Monday the girls will join them flying kites they'll make from the top of the hill. So if an ASPIRE student from New Era tells you to go fly a kite, let them show you how!!

Thomas Read Elementary Update:

Thomas Read held a Friendship Fair on March 31st to celebrate friendship. Activities included: Friendship Bracelets, Bounce House, Partner Relays, a Photo Booth, Friendship Portraits, and a Movie.
